How do I create an account on Semitone?

Simply create an account with either your email address or login to Semitone using your Facebook account

How can I list an item for sale?

Select a category from the 17 different selling categories on Semitone to start creating your listing

What payment methods are accepted on the platform?

Semitone is fully integrated with all major payment providers including Apple Pay Google Pay and Paypal, so you can be assured all transactions are safe and secure

How can I communicate with other users on Semitone.app?

You can communicate with sellers by simply hitting the contact buyer button on every listing

How do i accept an offer from a buyer?

If a buyer makes an offer for your instrument and you would like to accept, simply accept the offer or make a counter offer so the buyer will be able to purchase at the agreed price.

Do you allow Retailers to sell on Semitone?

Semitone works with selected retailers that meet our store criteria. Retailers can open a seller account and have their own store front and collection on the marketplace.

How do I leave feedback for a transaction?

Once you have completed a transaction, buyers can leave feedback on seller profiles. This is highly encouraged!

What are the guidelines for shipping items?

Semitone have an Official Shipping Courier Partner available to sellers.  Our fully insured musical instrument shipping partner collects the instruments from sellers to deliver.  Sellers must provide fully shipping tracking numbers and ensure all instruments are properly packaged and insured for transit.

How can I report a suspicious or fraudulent listing?

If you notice and suspicious or fraudulent listings on Semitone please report it to support@semitone.app. We take fraudulent activity very seriously and all fraudulent activity is investigated and dealt with quickly.

We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours, but please allow for some additional time during peak periods. Rest assured, we will do our best to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
