Masterbuilt Martin Golden Era series 000-28 built in an extremely limited run in 1996 as a recreation of the pre-war "Golden Era" Martin acoustic guitars. Of this extremely limited run, only six were produced in a left handed configuration, and this is one of those six. Rosewood body with Sitka spruce top. Mahogany neck. Ebony fretboard. This series is the closest recreation Martin has produced to its coveted pre-war models that command astronomical prices and do not sound as pristine as this example. If you want the very best for the studio, the stage and the pension fund...it doesn't get better than this.
