A cracking  Gibson Les Paul Standard Plus Top from 2005 in Light Burst in fantastic condition, one of the cleanest one of these we have ever seen! This great example is one of the '50s neck variations with the much chunkier neck profile and even retains the original truss rod sticker stuck to the case candy bag. There are far fewer 50's neck versions of these compared to the '60s style iterations. 

This example is in great condition with next to no fret wear and the face of the headstock looks almost new, and often this era of Gibson USA guitars have the heavy misting/bubbling due to age, not this one! The back here appears to the close if not 1 piece and has some incredible figuring in the mahogany which again you don't get on many of them!

The guitar shows some very light buckle worming to the back but only visible when looking at the guitar in certain lights. The guitar comes with some original paperwork and its original case which is also in very good condition. 

A great sounding and playing LP coming in at 9lb 9oz, really nice low action with no choking or buzzing anywhere on the fingerboard. This guitar like all used instruments here at Guitarbitz has had a full workshop setup and appraisal and is ready to go with a 6 month warranty.
