This limited-edition 60th Anniversary model celebrates the iconic 1960 Les Paul Standard, which has shaped music across genres for six decades. This Historic model is finished in Tomato Soup Burst and with a 'V1' 50's neck profile. Not only is the flame top sensational, but it has to have one of the prettiest 1-piece backs we've seen on a Les Paul -  the guitar looks best in natural light so we've included a few bonus photographs captured outside of our studio, to help illustrate it's beauty.

It is in very good condition with some blemishes on close inspection. We have exaggerated these under direct studio lighting to improve visibility of them for the photos. A couple of barely visible lacquer checking lines, the frets are in excellent condition, no breaks or repairs, and everything works as it should.

The artisans at Gibson Custom Shop have proudly recreated the experience of owning an original example thanks to the painstaking attention to detail and tireless study of vintage examples. This anniversary edition features all historically accurate specs, including the 1-piece Mahogany body with Maple top and high glue fit, nitro VOS 'vintage patina' finish, Mahogany neck, Indian Rosewood fingerboard, medium-jumbo frets, no-wire ABR bridge, lightweight Aluminium stop bar, Kluson vintage style deluxe tuners and a special Anniversary backplate (a plain one is also included).

The Custombucker Alnico III pickups sound huge and will give you the classic Les Paul tone, plus there's twin volume and tone controls and a 3-way switch for versatility. 

It's a very lightweight example at only 8lb and comes with its Gibson Custom hard case to keep it protected, special Anniversary COA and paperwork/candy as pictured.
