Very cool 1965 Fender 'Black Panel' Super Reverb 4x10" Combo in Very Good Condition!

Another very cool vintage Fender amp has landed in the store! This time it is the turn of our gorgeous 1965 Fender 'Black Panel' Super Reverb 4x10" Combo!

This is a stunning & iconic Fender combo that has been well cared for over the years. As you can see from our images there has been the addition of a 'Step Transformer' installed to the bottom of the cabinet which allows this amplifier to be used on a UK voltage (240v) which it is currently set up for however this can easily be reversed. This amp also has a useful modification, that disengages the Vibrato circuit by pulling out the 'Intensity' control...Great for extra gain,

The original speakers have also been replaced with Jensons.

Some minor cap and resistor replacements have been done over the years, but the all-important transformers are the original units and this amp sounds amazing.

Otherwise, this amp is a very clean & original example having been regularly serviced by Anthony at Tube Distinction who famously works on amplifiers for the likes of Jimmy Page, & has lived in a heavy-duty flight case which is also included in this sale.

As is standard practice with any new arrival in store, this very cool '65 Super Reverb has been through the trusted hands of our team in our onsite workshop to ensure it is in tip-top shape for its new home and owner!
