Vintage 1960s Hammond C3 Blue Organ Stool Leslie STEVE WINWOOD

I am excited to offer the following from the incredible Ronnie Lane Mobile Studio collection. The LMS has a history spanning from 1972 and is the most successful mobile studio in the world and (after Abbey Road) the most successful studio of any kind, still in existence anywhere outside of the US. The studio has recorded the most successful artists of all time, at the most significant stages of their careers and is responsible for more than 750 million records sold. Now is the time to let some of the collection back into the wild, and I have the privilege of doing just that!

Here’s a truly incredible collection of gear that has sat in the LMS collection for many many years. It's a Hammond C3, a pair of 'hot-rodded' Leslie cabinets, a set of foot pedals and a stool. The Hammond C3 Split Electric Blue Organ w/ Stool previously belonged to Steve Winwood. When Steve owned it, it wasn't blue and having been sat in the Ronnie Lane Studio collection, was painted electric blue along with the stool for a project at the time. This one has been used on various projects and recordings in the LMS since.

Leslie

The 2x Leslie's are hot rodded as follows. Leslie 145 (number 1) has an upgraded JBL Crossover, EV SRO15 speaker, EV T350 Tweeter and custom paint job. An incredible Leslie. Leslie 145 (number 2) has an upgraded Altec crossover and custom paint job. Mark St. John explains on my YouTube channel just exactly what he did with these Leslie's in the studio and why. Check out on The Music Locker's YouTube channel. I also have a video of this Hammond working on my YouTube channel through one of the Leslie cabinets pictured. However, please bear in mind that these require a good clean and service, and are being sold as seen. The price reflects the need for a really good 'going over' so please don't expect a perfect example. This set also comes with some bass pedals which can be adapted to fit this Hammond.

This particular setup is being sold for personal delivery in the UK or collection by the buyer. We can accommodate pretty much anything, but cannot ship the worldwide. It’s way too heavy for us! If you want to send a courier yourself, that is equally ok but payment needs to be cleared before hand.
