Sam Fender, North Shields’ celebrated musician, has introduced his latest single, “People Watching”, which also serves as the title track for his third album, arriving February 21, 2025. The track embodies his signature euphoric rock sound and was co-produced in Los Angeles with Adam Granduciel of The War on Drugs.
Inspired by his late mentor Annie Orwin, the song reflects Fender’s thoughts during visits to her palliative care home. The 11-track album, created with his bandmates and Markus Dravs, features a striking cover by late photographer Tish Murtha, capturing life in the North East.
